Save the table of self-administered securities

The table of self-administered securities can be saved in various commonly-used formats for to edit and archive as needed.

The following formats are available to you:

• Excel
• HTML
• Text
• XML

Follow these steps:

1. Select DATA ENTRY, SELF-ADMINISTERED SECURITIES in the main menu.
2. Right-click in the table and select SAVE AS in the context menu, and then select the required format.
3. In the "Save file as" dialogue window, enter a name (including the appropriate file name extension, such as "exampletable1.xls" for Excel). Select the required directory and confirm with "Save".
   The file is saved in the selected folder.
